Social media increasingly used

This morning Bank of Scotland customers have been having trouble accesing their accounts via the BoS website.

The problems are probably sorted by now, but the bank said customers should either phone them to report issues, or contact them via their Twitter account.

It’s interesting how even big businesses are adopting social media as not just an additional means of contact, but increasingly as the PRIMARY means of contact!
